“12 Days of CrossFit”

 

Rep scheme follows the holiday song “12 Days of Christmas”: 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, etc. Anyone wearing an ugly Christmas sweater for the duration of the WOD may subtract two minutes from their time. Happy Holidays to all! Time cap: 40 minutes

2 Strict Handstand Push ups (Scaled: Push ups - 22 reps)

3 Thrusters (95/65, 135/95, 155/105 - 30 reps)

4 Power Cleans (95/65, 135/95, 155/105 - 36 reps)

5 Deadlifts (95/65, 135/95, 155/105 - 36 reps)

6 Toes to Bar (Scaled: Hanging Leg Raise - 42 reps)

7 Pull ups (Scaled: Ring Rows or Band - 42 reps)

8 Box Jumps with Step Down (24/20 - 40 reps)

9 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/24, 24/16 - 36 reps)

10 Weighted Overhead Lunges 5/leg (45/25, 25/10 - 30 reps)

11 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25, 25/10 - 22 reps)

12 Burpees to a Plate (45/25, 25/10 - 12 Reps)
