A: Death by pull-ups: Start with 1 pull-up the first minute and add a pull-up each minute until you can no longer complete the reps in the given minute.  If you fail before 15 minutes, start over at 1 and continue to work.

B: Death By American KB Swing: Start with 5 reps the first minute and increase 1 rep each minute until you can no longer complete the reps in the given minute
